If this is not your 'thing' then how about trying my new Monthly Mission series. Each month I will detail a single exercise to do, for a number of repetitions and degree of difficulty, based on the tier structure in the Fit4Wot program to be done after every 10 battles. What will you will for doing these? Nothing, apart from the potential of a healthier lifestyle with gaming and a better sense of well being. Remember the term 'tier' is not based on the tanks in the game, but your own personal ability to carry out the exercises.
This month, the Monthly Mission Exercise is Push Ups
Stand facing a wall with your arms stretched in front of you. Place your palms on the wall, then bend your elbows to try and touch your nose against the wall. 5 to 10 repetitions.
As with a normal push up, hands shoulder width apart however keep your knees on the floor. 5 to 10 repetitions.
Standard push ups 5 to 10 repetitions
Standard push ups 20 to 25 repetitions
Wide arm/close arm push ups (your choice) 20 to 25 repetitions
